The judgemental waitress
So I was out to lunch today with a friend. We were going to bring something back for Wes. She wanted “the chickenwrap with some light dressing instead of the stuff they usually have.” So she’s trying to make a tasty wrap a little lighter in the calorie department. The waitress rolled her eyes and said, plenty loud enough for us to hear “yeah, lighter dressing with fries on the side. That’s smart.” Um, I didn’t ask for her advice, nor was I expecting it, but she sure was more than willing to offer up a smart a*# comment without hesitation. Glad I didn’t pick up the tab on this one because sister friend would not have gotten a tip.

This goes back to when Wes blogged about not being able to hold your tongue anymore. I would have been something along the lines “you dont have to eat it so if you could put the order in I’d GREATLY appreciate it, Thank you!” Then again I’ve been told I’m awefully bold sometimes.
