I’m about to start a GREAT summer. I’m off for the next 10 days! I’ll be camping for a few days around town, then off to New England. Yeah, that’s kinda vague, but I really don’t have a plan at this point other than getting away from everything. I have some friends in Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. I might swing by and visit, but then again, maybe I won’t. I want to make some memories with my son, but I’m not exactly sure where we’ll end up. I know Boston has some great family stuff like whale watch tours and all kinds of zoos and museums. If you have any suggestions I’d love to hear them!

    Just when you think you know somebody, you find out the don’t like pancakes. WHAT?! How in the world can you NOT like pancakes?! My girlfriend, Val, dropped that on me a few days ago. Seriously, what kind of pinko commie America hater doesn’t dig on the pancake? I can honestly say, she is the only person I have ever come across that doesn’t like them. That’s like not liking puppies. That’s like not liking the flag. That likes not liking George Bush. Um, scratch that last one. But you get the picture.

   Is that term new to you? Bro date? It is to me. In fact, last week it was dropped TWICE on me. Recently, my buddy Jason asked if I wanted to hang out and have a “bro date.” Then, the very next day a coworker asked the same question. Since when did dudes hanging out turn into some kind of “date?!” I guess for lack of a better term ”bro date” fits, but it kinda creeped me out. Jason came over, we played wii, drank beer, and watched a movie with people shooting each other. Very dude. Very dude indeed. Not sure if I like the term though. Any suggestions?
